I changed my phone and lost access to the App, what do I need to do?
Please go to the Apple App Store or Google Play and search for the Clinpal App. Download the App and open it.
Login with the e-mail and password that you used when you first activated your device (see below in case you forgot your password).
Follow the instructions on the screen to set your PIN.

Please note that you can reset your password by opening up the app, tapping the ‘Log in with email’ link, then tapping the ‘Forgot password’ link in the screen that appears:


An email will be sent to you with a link for you to reset your password.
I broke/lost my phone. How do I complete my eDiary until I get a new phone?
Please call the helpdesk or the study site. They will instruct you on a back-up procedure which will allow you to enter your diary from any device or computer.
